Ginger's Garden

Garden Enhancement & Season Extension Proposal — 2026

Project Overview

[Image: Existing raised bed garden showing current layout and growing conditions]

Ginger's existing raised bed garden has strong structural foundations and an established growing rhythm. The focus of this 2026 enhancement plan is to increase productivity, extend the harvest season, and improve plant performance within the current footprint.

This is a refinement project — not a full redesign.

The primary objectives are:

  • Increase early-season growing capacity
  • Improve crop succession planning
  • Strengthen soil fertility and structure
  • Maximize yield within existing raised beds
  • Install season extension infrastructure for spring and fall harvest gains

This proposal outlines a structured design plan and installation of season extension components to support a longer, more productive 2026 garden season.

Project Location: 9606 Meadowlark Court, Saline, MI 48176 Proposed Start: Late Winter / Early Spring 2026 Growing Zone: Michigan Zone 5b–6a
